Design & Testing
Tri City offers structural packaging design, packaging graphic design and ISTA certified testing.
Our skilled structural corrugated packaging design engineers specialize in: Focused stimulation, General Stimulation and Integrity testing.
They can provide the minimum dynamic compression strength required to provide safe stacking performance throughout the containers expected life cycle. We also provide: Pallet configuration, truck utilization and define specific inner-pack requirements. Our design labs can also provide: Proto types for presentations and samples of specific board grades.
Depending on the magnitude of printing and number of boxes and color’s, coatings we can direct you to the correct printing processes ranging from silk screening, direct, flexo or offset printing.
Printing
